Nesik participated in the 3rd Polish Computer Chess Championship and took: 2nd place in uniform hardware category and 3rd in the open category - more information.
From this site you can download a new Polish chess engine. It is currently under heavy development, and I hope that each time you visit this page in fututre there will be a newer, stronger and less buggy version ready for download. I am sorry to offer only a Win32 version at the moment - a portable, multi-platform release is planned.
About the author: my name is Marek Strejczek. I'm an MSc in Electronics and BSc in Computer Science (graduated respectively 2004 and 2006 from Technical University of Lodz, Poland). I used to be an active chess player (current FIDE rating 2138, status: inactive).
